Reaching out for support takes courage, whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, dealing with anxiety, or noticing strain in your relationships. I’m a Registered Psychotherapist trained in EMDR, and I work with people experiencing trauma alongside more traditional talk-based approaches.

I also competed as an athlete at the national level, which gave me a close understanding of the pressure that comes with high-performance environments and demanding expectations, something I bring into my work with people of all ages.

My approach leans on compassion and a lot of listening. I offer a collaborative, safe space to build real coping strategies and understand yourself better, drawing on years of work with grief and loss. Whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship conflict, life changes, or trauma, we can move toward your sense of safety and wellbeing together.

Common questions

Do you work with athletes or people in high-pressure roles?

Yes. I competed nationally myself, so I understand performance pressure, identity tied to achievement, and the toll demanding environments take. It’s an area I work in often, alongside trauma, grief, and anxiety.

EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain reprocess difficult or traumatic memories so they carry less charge. It’s well suited to trauma and PTSD, we’d talk through whether it fits before starting anything.
