Reaching out for therapy can feel difficult, especially when you are already feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, low mood, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches to help you better understand what you are experiencing, build coping strategies, and move forward in ways that feel meaningful to you.

Therapy can be a space to slow things down, make sense of what feels difficult, and explore patterns that may be affecting your wellbeing, relationships, or sense of direction. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We can start with what feels most important right now.
Having lived and worked in both Canada and Italy, I offer therapy in English and Italian and bring a culturally aware, strengths-based perspective to my work. I provide virtual sessions across Ontario for adolescents and adults.
