Life’s challenges can feel like a lot to carry, whether you’re dealing with your own emotional struggles, behavioural concerns, or looking for support for your child or family. I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with extensive experience across children, youth, and adults, and I offer a warm, culturally sensitive space where your experiences are understood and taken seriously.
Much of my work is with young people facing school-related stress, behavioural concerns, and emotional development. I understand how delicate that work is, and how to help a whole family steady itself. My background in cognitive behavioural therapy, ABA and play therapy lets me tailor support to what you actually need.
Over 15-plus years, I’ve worked with clients through anxiety, depression, ADHD, and self-esteem. My focus is on building confidence, practical coping skills, and a space where you can grow at your own pace.

Common questions
Do you work with children and families?
Yes. that’s a core part of my work. I support kids and teens with school stress, behaviour, and emotional development, and help families find their footing together.
Do you offer therapy in Arabic?
Yes. Omaima works in both English and Arabic.
What is ABA, and how does it fit with therapy?
Applied Behaviour Analysis is a structured, evidence-based approach often used with behavioural challenges and ADHD. Omaima draws on it alongside talk-based therapy, matched to what each client needs.
Do you offer a consultation first?
Yes, a free 15-minute call to ask questions and get a feel for whether we’re the right fit, with no pressure either way.
