Child, teen, and family therapy support with Omaima Rashed in Mississauga

Life’s challenges can feel like a lot to carry, whether you’re dealing with your own emotional struggles, behavioural concerns, or looking for support for your child or family. I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with extensive experience across children, youth, and adults, and I offer a warm, culturally sensitive space where your experiences are understood and taken seriously.

Much of my work is with young people facing school-related stress, behavioural concerns, and emotional development. I understand how delicate that work is, and how to help a whole family steady itself. My background in cognitive behavioural therapy, ABA and play therapy lets me tailor support to what you actually need.

Over 15-plus years, I’ve worked with clients through anxiety, depression, ADHD, and self-esteem. My focus is on building confidence, practical coping skills, and a space where you can grow at your own pace.
