Q1: How much does it cost to rent a therapy room at Nurturing Wellness?
Hourly rental starts at $35 + HST, daily at $80 + HST, and monthly plans range from $375 to $1,250 + HST depending on how many days per week you need. Full pricing is listed in the table above. No deposits, no hidden fees, no long-term commitment required.
Q2: Do I need to sign a lease to rent a room?
No. There is no lease. You can rent hourly, daily, or monthly with no long-term contract. Monthly plans are month-to-month, so you can adjust or cancel as your practice needs change. This is room rental, not a commercial lease.
Q3: Is HST included in the rental price?
No. All posted rates are plus HST (13% in Ontario). HST is added on top of the listed price for every rental plan, hourly, daily, and monthly.
Q4: Can I switch between rental plans?
Yes. You can switch between monthly plans as your caseload changes. If you start with 1 day per week and grow to 3, you upgrade your plan. If you need to scale down, you can do that too. Plans are flexible by design.
Q5: What does “as low as ~$16/session” mean?
That per-session estimate is based on seeing an average of 6 clients per rental day on a monthly plan. Your actual per-session cost depends on how many clients you see per day. The more clients per day, the lower your cost per session.
Q6: What’s included in the room rental?
Everything you need to see clients from day one. Each room comes fully furnished with comfortable seating, therapeutic tools, and calming decor. Wi-Fi, waiting area, washrooms, kitchenette, free parking, and building maintenance are all included in every rental plan.

Cross-referrals happen naturally in a multidisciplinary environment when practitioners work alongside each other and develop professional relationships. We don’t guarantee referrals, but the opportunity for organic cross-referral exists when 15 professionals share one centre.

Yes. During your tour, you’ll see the centre environment and may meet practitioners who are in the space that day. Chloe can also share what disciplines are currently represented in the centre to help you understand the community.
